Strategic Plan for the Everton Wolves JAFC

The Everton Wolves Junior AFL Club’s Strategic Plan will be finalised before Christmas. It has been a pleasure to work with this club that prides itself on its culture and welcoming environment generally and its commitment to providing a fun, positive and development focussed environment.

The club has consistently exhibited a commitment to planning and execution over the past decade particularly, resulting in significant achievements in recent times in accordance with strategic objectives. The new plan will supersede the previous one that we prepared for the club and will provide direction from 2023-2025.

Key focus areas moving forward relate to further facility improvements, enhanced community and member engagement and improved use of technology.

Having been involved in this club as a parent in 2022 I can vouch for the quality of the people involved and would encourage any parent considering a club for their child to consider trying out at ‘The Den’,
