Established in 2006, Momentum is a Queensland-based advisory and project delivery group helping organisations turn ideas into strategies, funded projects and tangible outcomes.
Over the past 20 years, we have worked with hundreds of organisations across sport, recreation, community infrastructure, tourism and related sectors, providing strategic advice, project planning, business cases, funding support, stakeholder engagement and implementation expertise.
Today, Momentum Group brings together two complementary businesses:

Momentum Group
Momentum Group has evolved from over two decades of working alongside organisations to develop strategies, secure investment and progress important projects.
Our experience has shown that developing a strong strategy or securing funding is often only the beginning. Organisations also need experienced people around the table to help navigate the pathway from planning into implementation and delivery.
The Momentum Group structure reflects that need.
Momentum Advisory is the strategic advisory business of Momentum Group.
It works with clients to establish direction, develop projects, build the case for investment, secure funding and create the partnerships and stakeholder support required to move initiatives forward.
Its services include strategic and business planning, facility and project planning, business cases and feasibility, funding strategy and grant applications, government and stakeholder engagement, pitch and investment documents, and implementation support.
Momentum Advisory continues the advisory business established in 2006 (formerly known as Momentum – Sport, Recreation & Health Consultants) and the relationships and track record developed over that period.
Momentum Project Delivery is the specialist project delivery business of Momentum Group, operating through Momentum United Pty Ltd.
It provides client-side project management, project governance, procurement support and project cost-management services for organisations progressing infrastructure projects into delivery.
Momentum Project Delivery acts on behalf of the client, providing experienced oversight and project controls from establishment and procurement through construction, completion and handover.
The business complements Momentum Advisory but is separately engaged, providing clear accountability and appropriate separation between advisory and formal project-delivery roles.
