Big Plans at The Lion Richlands
Planning done – 2023 looks bright!
During 2022 Momentum has had the pleasure and great opportunity to work with The Lion Richlands on a variety of projects including:
- Strategic Plan (both licensed club and football club)
- Master Plan, Pitch Document and Business Case
- Consultation and Engagement Strategy culminating in a recent presentation to the Qld Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk MP
- Various funding submissions & proposals
- Energy efficiency – net zero strategy
2023 promises to be an exciting year at The Lion with several projects in play. The football changerooms are already undergoing a redevelopment in preparation for the Women’s World Cup with Lions FC to be a host club for an international side. This is just the first stage of the club’s multifaceted redevelopment vision which we are proud to be intimately involved in.
Membership and patronage continues to be particularly strong at the club, as does its business planning and operational execution. An engaged, diverse, and motivated workforce supports management to form a passionate, energetic and committed team. It is no wonder that this club is a multi award winner both from a hospitality and football perspective.
