Facility Development

Momentum has a broad network of appropriately qualified professionals and contractors from which Multi-disciplinary teams can be constructed suitable to a vast range of projects. This service provides clients with confidence throughout the duration of a project’s life (ie: from initial planning, through project management and administration to completion).

Momentum offers services that allow projects to be undertaken from concept through to completion with little effort on behalf of club representatives. We provide services that manage the process on behalf of the club allowing club representatives to focus on core business activities.

• Redcliffe Leagues Softball Association – staged field resurfacing program
• Brothers Toowoomba Rugby League Club - Irrigation and field upgrade project.
• Redcliffe Leagues Padres Baseball Facility - establishment of 4 fields and associated ancillary infrastructure and facilities (including dugouts, bullpens, storage sheds and batting cages).
• Bramble Bay Bowls Club - construction of two retractable shade covers.
• Redcliffe District Rugby League Football Club - Field resurfacing works, construction of dressing sheds and installation of water harvesting system.
• Aspley Australian Football and Sporting Club - Water harvesting project.
• Corinda Bowls Club - Clubhouse extensions and water harvesting and re-use initiative.
• Several other minor facility projects - Examples include but are not limited to the construction of change-room facilities, lighting installation and/or upgrades, shade structures, equipment acquisition, clubhouse upgrades and court resurfacing.
